2、采用國內領先的預壓工藝，在大幅提高刨花板質量的同時大幅降低粘膠劑的消耗量，大大降低了生產成本。

3、采用先進的鋪裝機，使表層細密，截面漸變結構質量可控，大大減小了成品刨花板的翹曲度。

4、環(huán)保方面，刨花板生產線的污染主要來自粉塵，我們在設計制造上，對粉塵的清除特別重視，采用旋風分離器加布袋除塵、脈沖除塵，降低了粉塵排放。

4. For the environmental protection, the particle board production line is mainly polluted by the dust. On the design and manufacture, we specially focus on the removal of dust, and remove the dust with cyclone separator and pulse, and reduce the dust discharge.
